前教育部次長葉丙成請辭後,日前回台大上課,有媒體指管制森嚴,進入教室要「雙重認證」。校方今天解釋,先前得知有校外人士要到課堂,派校安人員是為維護學生受教權。校方強調,在台大校園內,只要有人身安全疑慮,都可通報校安中心或駐警隊協助處理。

葉丙成4月21日在社群媒體發文評論性平案,文中截圖涉及洩漏性平案當事人個資,引發社會議論。歷經3個月調查,性平會認定葉丙成沒有違反性平法。不過,葉丙成仍於8月22日請辭,歸建台灣大學。《鏡新聞》9月4日報導,葉丙成3日晚間首度回台大上課,現場出現3、4名校安人員守在教室外巡邏,學生要進教室都須「雙重認證」,出示學生證和選課確認信才能進入,管制相當森嚴。台大校方今天以文字回應指出,數日前接到有校外人士及媒體要到葉丙成課堂,為了維護寧靜的教學環境、學生受教權及人身安全,校方安排校安相關人員維護現場秩序,並保護上課學生的安全。

    中部中心/王俞斐、林進龍 台中報導有民眾拍下台中北區,一名男子騎乘單車,籃子上至少放了6個包裹,一手騎車,一手扶著包裹,甚至還逆向行駛,場面相當驚險,附近民眾說,不是第一次看到他載著大量包裹上路,直呼簡直像是馬戲團特技表演。

    騎乘單車的男子,籃子上堆疊了好幾個包裹,大大小小,目測至少有六個,堆起來的高度,比騎車的男子還要高,男子一手騎車,一手壓著包裹固定,危險行為讓目擊民眾看傻眼。但更誇張的,還在後頭,男子低頭查看包裹狀況後,逆向橫越馬路,彎進巷子裡,熟練的騎法,讓民眾直呼,這操作,只有在雜技表演看過。

    轄區警方,沒有接獲報案,不過男子裝載貨物超出車身、未依規定通過路口,至少有三項違規,若是三項違規加起來,最高總共可開罰3000元,只是罰錢事小,若是真的因此發生意外,後果不堪設想。
